Return & Refund

At NOV Fine Jewellery, we want you to love your jewellery. All sales are final for change of mind or customer errors, including ordering the wrong item or size. We do not offer refunds or exchanges in these cases, so please choose carefully when ordering.

Items Not Eligible for Return:
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (all styles)

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalised jewellery

  • Items altered or repaired by a third party

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items not returned in their original condition or packaging

NOV Fine Jewellery reserves the right to return any item to the sender if the above conditions are not met.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Items
We accept returns only if an item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period or damaged on arrival. If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@novfinejewellery.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number or invoice number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Once a return shipping label is issued, it is the customer’s responsibility to safely return the item(s) to NOV Fine Jewellery. The item(s) remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received and confirmed by our team.

If the fault is confirmed after we receive the item, we will offer, depending on the situation:

  • A repair at no cost

  • A replacement of the item

  • A refund if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible
