What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects that affect the performance or integrity of the jewellery

  • Faults that occur under normal use

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or tarnishing

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, chemicals, water, perfumes, lotions, or sweat

  • Loss or theft

  • Jewellery altered, repaired, or resized by a third party

  • Damage resulting from improper care or handling

Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item is covered under warranty, please email us at info@novfinejewellery.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

Once assessed, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.
